Our store currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Customers pay the applicable order total when their order is delivered.

5. Shipping and Delivery

zinniyo aims to deliver orders within the following estimated timeframe:

Transit time: 3–5 business days.
Estimated total delivery time: 5–8 business days.
Shipping fee: Free shipping on eligible orders.

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and making reasonable arrangements to receive their orders.

zinniyo accepts eligible return requests within 14 business days, subject to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days after approval. Because we accept Cash on Delivery only, customers should contact our support team for instructions on how an approved refund will be issued.
